We have been filming Craig Docherty's title fights for a few years now. But this was the first to be held at the Marriot Hotel in Glasgow and one where we had a different vantage point compared t being ringside. We shot the closeup's with the A6000 and captured the audio with a Sony shotgun mic attached to the camera. And the wide shots believe it or not were captured at 60fps on the little Canon G7x. A point 'n' shoot camera that punches well above its weight! Love it! Enjoy the fight.
Cam captured a time-lapse of people arriving at the venue and we played it back over the intro of the fighters. Above is a single image from the 400 or so made to make up the clip. Bluish/Purple LED lighting is always a pain to grade compared to tungsten lighting. But we got there in the end.
